Only time for a quick post this morning, but I have to say how great that Epidermis product is that I've been using on my scars. They have really faded a lot! I wish I would have known about this stuff at the beginning!

Which one did you buy? sheet? My big scar is a keloid, I'm guessing, and the mederma is really not helping it to disappear! Will you please email me @ lbess@glazers.com and let me know? Thanks!!

Im from Melbourne Australia and I just want to let you know that I have read through your blog and it has helped me with all sorts of things - eg - can I drink Champagne, how long will the shoulder pain last and what's the best way to get rid of the scarring. So - thank you - very helpful blog :) also want to say that you are doing really well and it has actually convinced me to do a blog too, thought it may help to keep me accountable.

Hi, Lulu! The one I bought the second time around (and should have bought initially) is the $40 sheet. You should also buy some medical tape to keep it on.
You can just cut a little strip to cover each scar, then you should keep it on for nearly 24 hours a day -- just take it off when you shower & clean the strip when you do that.
My big scar is keloid and it's turned much whiter (and looks less scary) since I started using this product. I wish I would have known about it right away!
