I was not expecting to see the scale down this morning!! But there it is. I'm now 4.2 pounds below goal and 5.8 above my aspirational goal. Wow. I did not expect that after the weekend, despite that I didn't eat too much. We had enough wine calories that I figured that would make up the difference!
